Each piece is wheel-thrown in the studio in Frankfurt am Main. All share the same process; every piece carries its own small differences in shape, colour, or touch.

Food-safe glaze, fired high for a stable surface.
Dishwasher safe; a gentle hand-rinse now and then preserves the finish.
Avoid microwave and oven; the heat can affect the glaze or clay body.
Made after the batch closes and ready about four weeks later; shipped tracked DHL from Frankfurt within Germany and the EU, carefully padded against breakage. Studio pickup available at checkout.
Listed dimensions and volume are nominal and vary between pieces. Colour, glaze flow, and surface texture differ between pieces and batches; part of the process, not a fault.

What does made to order mean?
Nothing sits in stock waiting for a buyer. Once the batch closes, I make each piece by hand for the orders in it, and fire the whole batch together. It means slightly longer waits and a lot less waste.
When will my set arrive?
About four weeks after the batch closes. The next close date is at the top of the page, and the exact ready-date is on your order confirmation.
Can I mix different pieces and glazes?
Yes. Any combination of forms and glazes works; the discount runs on the total number of pieces.
Is there a set discount?
Yes: from 3 pieces −5%, from 5 −10%, from 8 −15%. The best tier applies to the whole set.
How many pieces make a set?
As many as you want. A common set for two is 2 cups, 2 bowls, 2 plates; for four, double that. Or build any combination that fits your kitchen.
How and when do I pay?
You pay in full at checkout; that reserves your pieces for this batch. Payment runs through Shopify; you get a confirmation by email.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, while the batch is still open. Send me a message; I refund in full. Once the batch closes I start making your pieces personally, and cancellation is no longer possible. Made-to-order items are excluded from the standard 14-day withdrawal (§ 312g Abs. 2 Nr. 1 BGB).
Studio pickup or shipping?
Both. Choose studio pickup in Frankfurt am Main or tracked DHL within Germany and the EU at checkout.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Ship to any address at checkout and add a note. Just remember it is made to order, so plan for about four weeks after the next batch closes.
