Each piece is wheel-thrown in the studio in Frankfurt am Main. All share the same process; every piece carries its own small differences in shape, colour, or touch.

Designed for daily use with food and drink.

Food-safe glaze, fired high for a stable surface.

Dishwasher safe; a gentle hand-rinse now and then preserves the finish.

Avoid microwave and oven; the heat can affect the glaze or clay body.

Made after the batch closes and ready about four weeks later; shipped tracked DHL within Germany, carefully padded against breakage. Studio pickup available at checkout.

Listed dimensions and volume are nominal and vary between pieces. Colour, glaze flow, and surface texture differ between pieces and batches; part of the process, not a fault.

How and when do I pay?

You pay in full at checkout; that reserves your pieces for this batch. Payment runs through Shopify, and the confirmation comes by email.

Can I change or cancel an order?

Write to me as soon as possible. Pieces in stock can be changed or cancelled as long as they haven't shipped. A set from The Everyday can be changed or cancelled until the batch closes at the end of the month; after that I am already making it.

Where do you ship to?

Within Germany. Shipping to other countries is paused.

Can I pick up my order at the studio?

Yes. Choose studio pickup at checkout and collect in Frankfurt am Main; tracked DHL within Germany is the alternative. Pieces in stock are ready within 24 hours; a set from The Everyday is ready once it's made, about four weeks after the batch closes. I write to you as soon as it's ready. Pickup runs during open studio on Friday, 14 to 18, or Wednesday 17 to 20 by arrangement.

Can I return something?

Yes, for pieces in stock: you have 14 days to withdraw. Made-to-order sets from The Everyday and workshop bookings are excluded. You cover the return shipping. Start with the withdrawal form; the details are in the withdrawal policy.

What does made to order mean?

Nothing sits in stock waiting for a buyer. Once the batch closes, I make each piece by hand for the orders in it and fire the batch. It means slightly longer waits and a lot less surplus.

When will my set arrive?

About four weeks after the batch closes. The next close date is at the top of The Everyday page, and the exact ready-date is on your order confirmation.

Can I mix different pieces and glazes?

Yes. Any combination of forms and glazes works; the discount runs on the total number of pieces.

Is there a set discount?

Yes: 5% off from 3 pieces, 10% from 5, 15% from 8. The best tier applies to the whole set.

How many pieces make a set?

As many as you want. A common set for two is 2 cups, 2 bowls, 2 plates; for four, double that. Or build any combination that fits your kitchen.

Can I send something as a gift?

Yes. Pieces arrive carefully packed and presentable, and you can ship to any address at checkout. Mention a handwritten note at checkout or write to me, and I add one. For a set from The Everyday, plan about four weeks after the next batch closes.
